Senior management is spineless and gaslights you. Even if you do everything and more than what's asked of you, and continuously take your manager's feedback where they say they don't see any gap or concern, you get to know during your APEX conversation that you didn't meet expectations. Work-life balance doesn't exist anymore. Managers expect you to put in long hours, including weekends.
