The benefits are great. I like remote work, and the pay is decent.
Everything is broken and on fire almost all the time.
Everything I was sold about how great the culture is has turned out to be untrue.
Massive, continual changes keep rolling out without warning.
There's a general culture of fear around performance.
Stop APEX immediately. It takes an absurd amount of time, causes undue stress, and is not in any way objective.
