It was a really fun intern experience! Lunch was amazing.
It was remote, so it was a little hard to connect with other interns, and I was unable to meet my team. I would have loved a little more in-person activity (maybe just a fly-out to go meet my team).
More in-person events (don't mandate in-person, but team meetups and things would be great).
OA to a technical interview with a LeetCode Easy/Medium. Values interview where we discussed all Atlassian values and I gave anecdotes of how I expressed each of these. Recruiter call + offer.
The first interview round was technical, LeetCode-style. You live-coded with another engineer on a Zoom-like platform. Practice hash maps and be comfortable creating classes. The second round was behavioral. Look up Atlassian values.
Firstly, there was a LeetCode Medium challenge, followed by two one-on-one personal interviews regarding technical skills. This was finally followed by a 3-on-1 interview where I was asked to present a project.
