Remote jobs are the only pro.
Extremely unprofessional managers.
Working at midnight is encouraged, and 10 PM is treated as evening time.
Cannot take leaves without being made to feel guilty and a manager questioning your seriousness.
Not really innovating, just failing and breaking things at a faster rate. I have seen far more stable production environments in startups than here.
