Very multicultural environment; culture-wise, one of the most inclusive places you could find.
Their working culture is quite peculiar and might not suit everyone, especially regarding team culture and management.
Technical skill level is a bit off, not for "all into engineering" type of people.
Top-down approach; way too few decisions are made by regular engineers.
At some point, you need to decide whether you're a startup or a corporation.
