Competitive salary, but given how much you work, you start only working for the holidays, then feel miserable on day 1 back in the office.
- Stack ranking: They said employee turnover is too low, so every team of a large enough size needs to allocate a low performer. It's almost like the goal is to get you to leave so they can counterbalance the overhiring. As others have said, you need to do significant work to constantly reframe the work you do as valuable and only done by you.
Stop overhiring and forcing the large turnover. I think the temporarily increased team performance is temporary, and employees are just using up their energy reserves.
