Good culture, work/life balance, but constant organizational changes
Good culture! People are very friendly and understanding. Strong sense of community and camaraderie between coworkers.
Executive decisions are random, and they often contradict what's been said before. A large intake of higher-ups from Meta has definitely changed the culture to be more productivity-focused, which contradicts existing processes/values.
