Great work-life balance, remote policy. However, the culture shift is making things worse
WLB is great. Pretty hard to get hold of people outside 9am-6pm.
Current TEAM Anywhere policy allows you to work completely remotely, completely in-office, or hybrid. You choose.

Company has been cutting/downgrading certain benefits because "they aren't industry standard."

Culture is pivoting to a "move fast, break stuff" type culture where PR count and # of lines of code are prioritized, and employees are stack-ranked for PIP.

Company likes to parrot its five values, and it used to closely adhere to them, but with the aforementioned culture pivot, they haven't been following them as closely.
