Was great, but in a downward spiral
Atlassian was a terrific company to work for with great values. Because of that, they have a large base of incredible employees and teammates.
They are in a downward spiral culturally and hurtling towards Amazon culture circa five years ago. What was once a company that attracted new employees with its culture is now becoming worse than some of its American counterparts. An absolute shame compared to what it once was.
