Flexibility and remote working. Professional working procedures and skillful colleagues. Heaps of opportunities to learn. Helpful managers. Generous benefits and perks. Can't complain. Great company!
Some may say global giant companies have bureaucracy issues. I'd say all big companies have that to some extent. The level of that in Atlassian is reasonable enough. The managers are very open to communication, and I always get things sorted out by frankly talking.
