Still great, but slowly trending towards mediocrity
The culture is incredible. The values are real and used everyday. Work-life balance is incredible (though it will vary from team to team). People actually try to work together rather than engaging in politics. Great remote policy and leave benefits. I would still go back.
They've more than doubled in size recently, and the culture is certainly trending towards being less open and more corporate. HR is increasingly less of your friend.
Stay open. Stop wording announcements bearing negative news confusingly so that it appears positive. Stop giving politician-style answers at town halls.
