- Highly transparent internal culture. Decisions are made in the open, and heated discussions are allowed.
- Good work-life balance. No expectations to work overtime.
- Takes care of employees very well, from a renewed parental leave policy to small gifts.
- Many very competent colleagues to learn from, and most people are very nice and helpful.

Middle engineering management are often not the most articulate. They organize restructuring, but have never been able to articulate the reasons why, other than vague references to resource utilization and focus. In my view, good leadership should include vision and charisma.

The company product line is getting stale. It is mostly expanding by acquisition.
