Work from home and able to work from anywhere for up to 3 months.
Good total compensation.
Least interesting work of my career. Leadership lacks vision. Hard to ship anything meaningful with constantly changing and conflicting priorities. Very slow and bloated dev process. Awful performance review process, only rewards people who are good at gaming the system and selling themselves.
Work on actually listening to feedback rather than giving political non-answers to questions and being frustrated when they come up again later.
