Culture maketh the company
Amazing people with a lot of talent. The company and managers are always ensuring the best interests of the people, and there's a lot of support available within the company for when you need it. Atlassian is a company that aggressively lives its values and weighs everything against them, unlike most other companies where the only real value is making money.
It suffers from some symptoms of a large company trying to act like a startup. However, there's no real con to speak of.
Keep living up to the values and taking care of your talent.
