Toxic company, worst company ever experienced
Remote working and good income.
Worked here for 1 year, and developed serious mental issues after working here. All the points I listed may only relate to my team, but I'm not sure if the other teams do better.
Poor management, with pushing of unreasonable tasks. They are now implementing new KPIs for developers on PRs and PR reviews, which leads to an unhealthy teamwork environment.
As a software engineer, this is the first company to judge my English writing skills. I felt racism as an ESL speaker.
There's a mostly a lack of team support. Everything is documented somewhere that you should know by yourself. Never try to ask; no one will help.
The "Open Company" value is not true. With high pressure from another team member who has your work approval rights or review power, which directly impacts your yearly performance review, you basically cannot say anything bad about your own team.
Tell the true story during the interview, so I can avoid this whole year of torture.
