Bullying, boring work, zero growth, horrible managers, toxic leadership, toxic culture, high pressure, nightmare on-call, constant incidents, extremely competitive colleagues, PIP culture, blame culture, long work hours, bad engineering, bad WLB.
This causes burnout and depression.
Invest in your people instead of being horrible to them.
