Easy and friendly. The layoffs did delay when I would hear about my offer, but apart from that, it was smooth. The recruiters do a good job of making the experience friendly and transparent.

Online HackerRank code assessment with relatively medium-ish questions (expectation of 2/5 or so correct). This is followed by a phone screen. Lastly, there is a proper in-person interview (I believe it was mostly behavioral).
