They let me work on different projects. Team members were helpful and almost always available.
I remember someone in recruitment saying that their values are not just written on the wall, but they are lived. My mentor never gave any feedback to me. Whenever I asked for feedback, he said everything is fine. Also, I was told to slow down the pace of my work.
The work culture was not good, as in there was no friendliness.
Your company has an open policy. Follow it.

Software Development Engineer (SDE)
There was an OA after which I was selected with 10 more candidates. In the interview round, they asked me a heap-based question which I was not able to code, however, I explained the approach.
Data Engineer
HR called for a phone screening round and scheduled an interview. They asked about my day-to-day work at my current company. Then, they scheduled an interview with a senior Data Engineer for the following week.
Frontend Developer
They mostly focus on your React and JS knowledge and won't ask LeetCode-style data structure and algorithm questions. There are a total of 6 rounds of interviews for the P40 front-end level.
