Remote work, flexible time, great experience.
Less interaction due to remote.
It was easy as long as you didn't panic. I was given two classes and had to use the first class to make functions in the second one. You just had to do basic DFS after that, so they just want to see how you solve problems and how good you are with O
First, an online assessment. Then, a technical LeetCode-like interview (look mainly for clarity of thought process and how you communicate; the question itself isn't too hard). Finally, a behavioral interview (based on company values).
It was good. It was a technical round for one hour where they asked questions related to OOPs and LRU. Then, there was an LNV round for one hour where questions on each of Atlassian's values were asked.
