I got to learn a lot about industry and tech.
Project assignment was very random and not of the same complexity for everyone. I also did not like the evaluation criteria.
r1 - OA (2 medium, 1 hard) r2 - Technical Round (only coding question) based on map and set. r3 - HR and value-based round where the interviewer mainly asked about projects, difficulties while making projects, etc.
First, an online assessment. Then, a technical LeetCode-like interview (look mainly for clarity of thought process and how you communicate; the question itself isn't too hard). Finally, a behavioral interview (based on company values).
It was good. It was a technical round for one hour where they asked questions related to OOPs and LRU. Then, there was an LNV round for one hour where questions on each of Atlassian's values were asked.
