It's been a great experience
Yearlong new grad program to acclimatize to working, lots of formal mentorship! Also a fan of Team Anywhere - work anywhere for 90 days. We're able to work efficiently remotely and I love the flexibility.
Apex – our performance review program – is sometimes emphasized and informs more decision-making than it should.
(e.g., we have to always prioritize project impact over tech debt, and maintain both high impact work and metrics).
I wish this could be a little bit lax and slightly less structured.
