Process

The interview process was thorough but well-structured, which I really appreciated. It started with an initial phone screening where I spoke with the recruiter about my background and career goals.

Next, I had a technical interview where I worked through a few problem-solving exercises, giving me a chance to demonstrate my skills in real-time.

Following that, there was a panel interview with a few team members. They asked behavioral questions to assess my experience and how I approach teamwork and challenges.

Finally, I had a conversation with the hiring manager, which focused more on cultural fit and long-term goals.

Overall, I found the process challenging but fair. It gave me a good sense of what the company values and how I’d fit into the role and team.
