I met with the team I would be managing, as well as many other senior staff members.
I also went through an assessment conducted by the firm PDI.
The interview wasn't very organized, as each person/group ended up asking the same questions. I think they're getting better at this, though.
The PDI assessment was stressful.

The PDI assessment was an all-day session where I was given various mock situations and tests and had to respond accordingly. Stressful.
