Front End Developer Interview Experience - Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

Process

From what I was told, the interview process should consist of two technical and two non-technical interviews (including an HR interview).

The first interview lasted around 30-40 minutes. It was a phone call with two LeetCode questions at the end. The interviewer was a Front-End Tech Lead. He introduced himself and the job for about five minutes, and then I briefly introduced myself.

After that, the technical part began. Initially, there were about five brief JavaScript and React questions. These were simple questions designed to check my understanding of JavaScript.

Following that, there were two simple coding tasks.

At the end of the interview, I was told that I had passed and that the recruiter would contact me to schedule the next interview. Days passed, and I received no phone call or email from the recruiter.

After two weeks, I tried contacting the recruiter via WhatsApp message, but I still have not received a response.

It's acceptable to decide to move forward with other candidates, but I at least deserve to know.

Total disregard...

Questions

• What is the difference between == and ===? • What is the difference between null and null? • What is a React Fragment? • What is the difference between an arrow function and a regular function? • Give me a common misuse of arrow functions.

Coding tasks: Implement a function that takes a function and returns this function's behavior with memoized return values.

Implement a sleep function.
