Management is very understanding, and coworkers are always willing to help.
Autodesk is a company that wants to help its employees grow and will spend money on continuing education and certifications.
Management is also very flexible with WFH – they do not ask or enforce anyone to be in the office.
Procedures and policies are well documented – excellent onboarding.
No meetings after 12 PM on Fridays!
Cons: A con of being located downtown is parking costs.
Working through many different time zones can be difficult to coordinate at times.
