I submitted my CV online through their system. I then received a call from their internal recruiter (30-45 minutes), followed by a one-hour discussion with the hiring manager about the role. After that, I was ghosted. There was absolutely no update.
I emailed the internal recruiter three weeks later, and she never replied. This is typical of large companies that treat potential employees as mere resources.
