Remote interview. First with manager, then with manager and senior engineer. Then another senior engineer. After that, they ghosted me. Never heard back from anyone, including the recruiter. I guess I didn't answer their "coding challenge" in the way they wanted.

Pros: Decent products, takes care of employees, and genuinely cares to do the right thing.
Cons: Middle managers are too many. Engineers are usually against new policies, corporate policies, surveys, non-tech initiatives, and distractions that get ghosted the following year. Nobody acknowledges we're recycling initiatives of the past; they just sweep them under the rug and start new distractions with different non-technical faces.
