I was contacted for an interview after submitting my application. I had a 15-minute sync with the recruiter before scheduling the hiring manager interview.

The hiring manager interview was okay, though looking back, I don't think they knew what they wanted in this position. It seemed like some of the skills outlined in the description were not in line with what would probably be used day-to-day.

When asked about what success looks like, the hiring manager gave a very vague answer, showing me that they were not even sure.
