Principal Software Engineer Interview Experience - Toronto, Ontario

Process

I am really disappointed with the entire interview process and how slow and inefficient it was.

I went through six rounds of interviews and was told I was one of the final three candidates. After the last round, I received zero feedback with an automated rejection email.

Please learn to respect your candidates' time and effort. I am not concerned about the rejection itself, but rather that you should at least have had a proper final call going over interview feedback and where things went wrong. To my surprise, I actually thought I did quite well, so the rejection was very surprising.
