Four technical rounds of architecture, coding, and technical discussions. It was the worst experience of my life. After giving 100% correct answers in the first three rounds, I faced the hiring manager in the last round. I couldn't solve one automation data structure code problem, which wasn't my domain, and I answered all system design questions. I called HR today and asked for my review. They said my reviews were mixed. I would say it was a good review, but we already have two candidates with your skill set. Now we are looking for someone who can also do automation in code. We are still interviewing others. So why did you schedule my fourth round if you needed data structure code in DevOps and didn't mention it in your job requirements? My interview was brilliant in the first three rounds. I was only unable to solve one DSA code in the last round, and that's why they are not considering me. What a joke!
