Good Team, Bad Management Decisions

Pros: Nice team, good work-life balance, unlimited PTO, decent pay, minimal meetings.
Cons: Upper management was being flaky about remote work.
Yearly raises were far lower than could be gained from leaving the company.
Mangement was stingy about allowing additional Jenkins servers, so often we had to wait forever for other teams' builds to finish.
Upper management micromanaged the architecture a bit, against the advice of the team.
