I was called by HR to set up the interview with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager called at the pre-agreed time. He went over my resume, but asked questions mainly on behavioral management, how to resolve conflict, managing a team, etc.
The second round was mostly technical in C++. I was asked to code using an online tool, and was asked to critique the code and fix its errors. I was later presented with some code and asked to predict the output, if any, or the compilation errors if it had any.
It focused mostly on C++ features such as casting operators, inheritance, and templates.
It was easy if you were a bit prepared, but be ready to write code, and you should be fluent in it.
