Pros: It's a great place to work. In teams, I worked where work-life balance is given importance. There are a lot of smart and supportive people, which makes working easy.

Cons: As the company grows, it brings a lot of bureaucracy. I think this has happened in this company's case as well.

Pros: Highly successful, solid company, with over 30 years in business. Salaries, bonuses, and vacation time are fair and at market levels. A 6-week paid sabbatical every 4 years is a great benefit and motivation to stay on long-term. Internal opportunities for career growth are good as well. There is a solid development and IT infrastructure, and a well-disciplined development process in place. You will be working alongside talented and dedicated coworkers in a vibrant working environment. Autodesk products are world-class and widely adopted worldwide. The location at One Market is great, and if you live in Marin County, there are offices there as well.

Cons: Periodic layoffs over the years were unnerving and adversely impacted morale. Release schedules can be stressful, but that comes with the territory, for the most part.

Pros: 1. Management is good. 2. The pay scale is very good, and you cannot compare it to industry standards. 3. Benefits, like health, personal, and PF, are too good. 4. You will have a lot on the learning curve and introduce new features/techs. 5. The culture is very good. 6. Last but not the least, work-life balance is a plus here.

Cons: Nothing that came to my mind apart from promotion is a bit slow here.
