Approached by a recruiter to provide my availability.

A call was set for about a week afterward. The interviewer changed the hour at the last minute.

A 30-minute call with the recruiter, going over my experience. At the end, the recruiter mentioned they'd be sending me an email to provide my availability for the next interviews.

It took more than a week for that email to arrive. I provided my availability. It took about two more weeks to set the first interview.

The interview date changed a few times in between, and the interviewer also canceled the interview two hours prior, mentioning the recruiter would contact me to reschedule.

Needless to say, no one called to reschedule the interview.

A week afterward, I got a call from the recruiter to apologize for the messy process, and they mentioned the position was closed.

Overall:

A terrible, terrible, disrespectful process. The worst I've had.
