Software Engineer Interview Experience - Canada

Process

The interview process involved two rounds: one in-person and one CoderPad.io interview.

After the second round, a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone call. I sent my preferred time, and the recruiter replied with "Sure."

When the scheduled time arrived, I waited by my phone for 30 minutes, but it never rang. I understand unexpected things happen. So, I emailed the recruiter to schedule a different time, but I received no response. The recruiter ghosted me.

Overall, PlanGrid engineers were pleasant to talk to. However, the HR department was very unprofessional.
