I did a technical assessment before getting called for an in-person interview. They asked more technical questions and some scenarios to work with. Great people and culture to work with. I had an HR round before getting the assessment. After the tech round on site, another HR round happened to negotiate before they presented the offer.

Pros: Teammates are smart, everyone delivering nice products and projects. Very flexible working hours, and management places a lot of trust and freedom for you to deliver
