Pros: The graduate scheme is great, especially if you're from a Maths background. It's a lovely bunch of people to work with!
Cons: Flexible working isn't consistent across different teams.

Cons: Since the team was relatively small and people work from home, it sometimes took longer to get feedback or help. However, everyone was approachable once available, so this was manageable overall.
