Process

4-round interview process:

  • Recruiter Intake: 30-minute call with the recruiter to determine overall fit and eligibility.
  • Hiring Manager: 45-minute call with the hiring manager to discuss the position, the following interview process, and get a feel for fit to the role.
  • Peer Interview Panel: 60-minute call with two peers in the same role. This is the most technical interview of the process.
  • Sales Management Panel: 60-minute call with two sales managers that focuses on your ability to lead cross-functional teams, contribute to account-focused discussions, and work on a team to achieve customer goals.

Overall, a very smooth process. The interviewers were fantastic.
