Process
I was not interviewed because I pursued an MCA, not a BE. The HR executive told me that they could not consider my profile because they preferred BE candidates.
It is sad to see companies making such statements in 2018. People come from different financial backgrounds; not everyone can afford the fees for a BE.
This does not mean that non-BE graduates are less talented or inferior by any means. At least interview the candidates and then come to a conclusion.
