The interns are always given high-value projects to work on. The management and their fellow team members are extremely helpful and will always guide a confused intern, which I was for the first two weeks. They are also flexible when it comes to hours and working location. They provide various seminars to help interns network with employees and executives at the company.
They could help train the interns a little better before delving right into the projects.
First interview over the phone and 4 rounds of in-person interviews. Standard questions on the Roadrunner tool and some coding questions. Interviewers are professional and very engaging through the process. In-person interviews could be coordinated
Straightforward on-site interview after phone interview. Offered after two weeks from the on-site interview.
Lots of calls. Met people, not necessarily "meat people" (as in, core staff), but I did not have to take a test. I met people who were in the department. Had to go to San Rafael for the final interview. Lots of calls.
