It's such a shame; Delcam used to be a fantastic place. Autodesk is doing a great job of destroying it. Myself and quite a few of my colleagues are looking out. The new 'CEO' makes no effort whatsoever to communicate with staff. Beginning of the end.

The process involved an online application, followed by an online coding assessment, and concluded with an assessment day in Birmingham. During the assessment day, I toured the facilities, participated in a group task, completed an in-person coding
One-to-one meetings, some tech and behavioral questions. Several rounds in their office, followed by a tour around the company and lunch with some of their senior engineers. Generally not that stressful.
I submitted my CV online through their system. I then received a call from their internal recruiter (30-45 minutes), followed by a one-hour discussion with the hiring manager about the role. After that, I was ghosted. There was absolutely no update.
