Most people are open to questions. It is good for interns.
I don't find any cons.
Nothing to add to previous negative reviews. Unbelievable. It seems they are just doing interviews because they are bored. Go to the beach instead of wasting people's time. Common recruitment process, by the way: * Call from HR manager. * Schedule
It was a fun experience. The interviewer was friendly and really helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Standard questions such as previous projects experience and why you chose programming were asked. I got around 4-5 easy technical questions.
It was a multi-stage interview, including a coding test and a technical interview with senior management. In the latter, they will ask you technical questions. Both of them were held via Zoom.
