I met with the team I would be managing, as well as many other senior staff members. I also went through an assessment conducted by the firm PDI. The interview wasn't very organized, as each person/group ended up asking the same questions. I think
I completed five rounds of interviews with various engineering leaders. In the end, the recruiter ghosted me after the full interview process was complete. This left a negative feeling, given the significant time investment.
