Speaking up about concerns is often discouraged, and HR appears to heavily align with management, offering minimal support to employees seeking fair resolutions. Micromanagement is prevalent, which can make it difficult for individuals to feel trusted or empowered in their roles. Overall, these dynamics can take a toll on mental health, so it may be beneficial to approach with caution if considering a position here.
