The management is very good at supporting a good work/life balance. They are quite good at paying above average. Good benefits and an ESPP program.
Leadership lacks vision, especially in the AEC division. The AEC division is racked by politics stemming from the Revit acquisition years ago. You have to walk on eggshells, and technical decisions are not respected because of political considerations. There is also a severe lack of career growth options. You get stuck in a role and don't have a choice in moving around. Morale is quite low in AEC, and talented people are leaving.
Innovation is not encouraged, and individuals who take the initiative are often told that it's not their job to go outside of their described responsibilities.
Leadership should be more approachable. AEC leadership is especially poor, and talented people are leaving. I hope things change soon, but I'm not very optimistic. Innovation should be encouraged.

Applied on career portal. Received a call from a recruiter after a few days, discussing current tech stack, roles, benefits, and location. Initial round with the Hiring Manager, followed by Technical Rounds. All rounds were conducted via virtual Zo
The interview was an online Zoom call. It included a personal discussion about the role and the company with a manager. This was followed by a coding challenge for the first round.
