The benefit is not bad.
(This is only in Singapore, not in Shanghai and the US).
You can have very good work-life balance.
Too much politics. Tech is not the most important thing, and even it's the least important. You have to say more and do less, and you are even required to be "gay" (compliant/agreeable) by your manager. Making your boss happy is the most important point, even if he is totally wrong.
