Small office, where everybody interacted. Easy to get feedback and a stress-free environment. Everybody was kind, and they have good work processes put in place.
No real cons to speak of. I ended up transitioning to teaching other QA's, which was not optimal for me.
Keep up the good work! You all made it really easy to get along with. Can't wait to come back.
