Corporate Public Company. Political on the inside. Groups are fragmented and sometimes don't work together. Tasks are sometimes dictated by corporate initiatives instead of customer need.
Do not start changing things without the funding to do it and a full understanding of the problem, down to the details. Fully understand something and why it is that way before changing it. This is to avoid changing it multiple times, which is costly. Finish what you start.
