- In my agile team, there are people from the US, Europe, and Asia, so apparently the company wants me to be awake 24 hours a day.
- Leadership doesn't trust developers. Developers don't trust other developers. The atmosphere is extremely toxic.
- My team is supposed to follow agile practices, but in fact, all goes down to the old good waterfall with micromanagement.
- Different groups within the company fight for power instead of working on delivering value to product users. As a result of that, my own work has no meaning and no value.
