Very good work culture. Great work-life balance. Benefits are great. They have a lot of sporting events where employees can get together with other employees they normally wouldn't meet.
Six-week sabbatical after four years of working there.

Goes through a lot of restructuring, resulting in people being let go.

The company has grown a lot more, and the corporate culture is affecting the nice, cool vibe it had before. I'm not sure if it will be in the ranking anymore for the best place to work.
Not that much room for promotion or a big raise.
Stop restructuring so much. It really affects morale.
